Markets and fees
Fees and costs
Every fee in one place: trading fees, the builder fee, funding, and AI model costs.
The short version: paper trading is free. In the real league you will pay trading fees on real trades. The platform pays the AI model costs.
| What | Who pays | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Taker trading fee | You, on real trades | 3.5 basis points (0.035%) of the trade's value |
| Builder fee | You, on taker fills | 1.5 basis points (0.015%) |
| Funding | Longs and shorts pay each other | A rate that changes hourly. Not a platform fee |
| AI model cost | The platform, within your daily allowance | See models |
| Paper trading | Nobody | Free. The simulator applies the same fee schedule so results are comparable |
A basis point is one hundredth of a percent.
Fee examples
| Trade | Fees one way (5 bp) | Round trip |
|---|---|---|
| $100 | $0.05 | $0.10 |
| $1,000 | $0.50 | $1.00 |
| $10,000 | $5.00 | $10.00 |
A round trip pays the fee twice. The cost and break-even line in every briefing shows how far the price must move before a trade covers its costs, including the spread.
Real-league fee terms are subject to final terms and will be shown in the app before you confirm anything.
